Coinbase Question - How to Convert Bitcoin to USD?
Okay, I'll get right to the jist. So I'm trying to buy some bitcoin, around $400 worth. Hit the "trade" button on top right of coinbase page. Doesn't work, due to "recent suspicious activity". Who the hell knows what that means... Normally my purchases take 1 or 2 tries to verify it's not fraud, but this is different, and I've never gotten this message before. I assumed it was because my debit account had no money, and then suddenly had a lot...? Anyways, this is irksome, because I've tried it like 10 times by now. Flash forward an hour or two, I try it again, this time it works, but as always, with a hard but. Instead, I bought Cash (USD), and converted it into bitcoin. Big mistake, as I now have to wait 14 days til I can actually USE the bitcoin. And there seems to be no way I can convert the bitcoin back to USD, since they're unavailable to use until 2 weeks from now. Any way I can possibly get around this without having to wait the full 2 weeks? Will Coinbase support fix it for me if call them?
My state (WA) doesn't have any exchanges that do BCH so I've been buying BCH by buying Bitcoin and using Shapeshift to convert it to BCH but how will I sell BCH for Fiat if I ever needed to in the event of a good spike or dip? Going back to BTC to USD doesn't seem like a good idea in that event...?
How to accept USD payments on my site that are directly converted to bitcoins
Hi guys, I would like to accept bitcoins on my site but I don want to make the end user go through the process of setup wallets, buy bitcoins, and transferring them to me. I am looking for a service that I could place on my site where a person could visit, see a pay button that displays the price in usd, enters card and selects pay. The payment is received by the service, automatically is converted to bitcoins and the coins are send by the payment service to my bitcoin wallet. In this way the user does not have to know anything about bitcoins. He sees the price in USD, enters credit card and pays. All the bitcoin stuff is handled by the service and at the end I receive the bitcoin payment from the service. Does anyone know how could I achieve this?
How to automatically receive Bitcoins and convert it to USD?
Is there any service that gives me a Bitcoin wallet, and whenever I sent money to that wallet, it will automatically convert it to USD and keep my balance as dollars? I think I'm able to do it with Bitpay, but I need more options... thanks.
Im trying to sell my Bitcoin. Does anyone have a recommendation on what site you think is best/easiest/fastest to either depositing into my bank account, through debit card preferably, or sending it to my PayPal? I want to be careful in picking a good site so any help is appreciated.
How to convert bitcoins to USD so I can transfer it to my bank account or PayPal?
Im very new to this, not sure if I even worded the question correctly. I was wondering if it is possible to transfer bitcoin to my bank or paypal? I'm using Coinbase at the moment and theres an option to link my bank account but from what I read, I understand you can buy bitcoin using USD but I can't seem to find how to do the opposite.
